PFLA Tradeshow 2023
New for 2023, the PFLA Tradeshow is a great place to share your forestry-related business, product or service with leaders in private forest land management. 12 exhibitor spaces are available in 2023 on a first come, first served basis.
- Tradeshow Hours: June 9, 2023, 8am-3:30pm
- Tradeshow Location: Coast Bastion Hotel Nanaimo, Ballroom Lobby
- Move In: 5pm-7pm June 8, 2023 or 7am-8:00am June 9, 2023
- Move Out: 3:30pm-5pm June 9, 2023
What Your Tradeshow Booth Includes
PFLA Tradeshow Booths include:
- One 6ftx2ft table with linens
- Power
- Two (2) chairs
- Two (2) exhibit staff
- Meals during tradeshow hours for registered staff
- Attendance at PFLA Conference presentations during tradeshow hours
- Company listing in the Conference Tradeshow section of the PFLA website
Tradeshow Floor
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be made for cancellations received up to May 8, 2023. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations after this date, but registration is transferable.
